Creating something that matters

Compared to the world’s population, not so many people know the intricacies of how the marketing, leadership and business flowcharts of various football clubs run.

However millions of people cheer their favorite football club day in, day out.

This builds the framework to explain among many other examples, that people do not switch to partake of the work you are doing just because of the tools (or strategies) you use to attract them. They do so because of the work you are doing. Your story! Your journey!! Your destination!!!

People want to be part of something that matters.

What are you building or striving to accomplish daily, to what extent does it matter and why should others care?

That is the key to attracting the right team, the right audience and the right partners.
