Mastery is a journey

Mastery is not a finite game. It is an endless journey to continuous development. This however differs from mere effort because effort may not be strategic and targeted towards a certain level of excellence but mastery solely focuses on a strategic journey of growth and focused effort to be better than your last success..

There is always more but you need a seeking heart to really find treasures and heights not yet attained that’s still possible for you.

Mastery is an endless process and same passes for leadership, but are you actively participating in that process?

  1. As always, thanks for this wonderful piece.
Thanks for the clear distinction you’ve provided between effort and mastery.

    1. My pleasure Mr. Jacob. Effort is almost always commended but mastery is always sought for. One however precedes the other and every leader ought to go above and beyond, transcending the planes of effort in order to get to the horizon of mastery.
