The immunity to leadership

When certain people step into positions of power or leadership, their personality seems to change for the worse. By so doing, they are unconsciously revealing that their character lacks the ability and nobleness to operate at that level.

Looking intently, you may have to agree that the problem at many instances isn’t solely the leadership position but more about their inability to manage themselves (their character).

Why is this key? The measure of leadership influence and success bis largely dependent on the leader. In other words, a leadership is only as good, excellent, average or bad as the leader.

It is on this premise I hold dearly the understanding that leadership does not corrupt, it only reveals the ability or inability and character of a leader.

Who are you? And what roots are choosing your character traits day after day? It all counts, so kindly make it count for what counts.
