The mechanics of right partnerships

The Wright Brothers could build the first airplane because both of them were able to envision their place in the sky though they were working at a bicycle shop.

A vision or visionary goal laid in the custody of two or more minds but only one visionary will suffer a slow growth or no significant growth at all if others do not take on the burden of the vision and further rightly interpret the vision and the goal.

While it is great to seek the right partners, it is much more important to first carefully describe your vision as a leader and then ensure that those you attract have rightfully understood and interpreted the vision. Only then can you successfully go from one phase of milestone accomplishment to the next.
