The mirror effect

Leadership starts off as an opportunity to model something, it could be a behaviour, a work ethic, values and even ideologies. I love to call this the mirror effect.

Creating influence through the mirror effect has a lasting impact than many other leadership methods because people retain 89% of what they see.

Put this to the test, model what you desire to communicate and create and others will hold the image for as long as you maintain what you are modeling.
