The title versus the muscle

One major reason many opportunities are underutilized and certain goals and strategic visions not actualized is because, of those coupled as a team to see it to the finish line, a greater number are either not visionaries at their core or they lack the inner drive for certain level of excellent pursuits.

Being a visionary is not a title, it is a characteristic feature of true leaders that empowers them to drive a goal, a vision and an opportunity to its maximum potential of actualization.

Though many seek to be leaders, wouldn’t we have better leadership structures when we seek to train the visionary muscle in others?  To be a visionary is a gift but it is also a skill that can be learned, taught and harnessed.
